Summary of rates and terms

Monthly rental rate is $4,500.00.  All rentals are for at least 1 month. Security deposit of $2,000. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Rental application credit and background check(s) required, via an approved service. A responsible party such as an employer can sign the Rental Agreement, but Occupant(s) is/are ultimately responsible for complying with all terms and payments.  Utilities and internet are included (monthly billing cycle caps apply). Pet visitors subject to additional monthly fee of $68.00 per month per pet and terms. Details of these and all other terms are contained in the Rental Agreement; guests must agree to all terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement (sample available for review upon request.)
